These terms and conditions as well as any amendments thereof are part of a contract between you and Oxigen Services (India) Private Limited ("OSIPL") and govern the use of 'Give Selfishly ' & ' 200,000 transactions ' (more particularly detailed herein below), offers hereinafter referred collectively to as 'Referral Program ' which is subject to the following terms and conditions of use ( 'Conditions ' and/or 'Terms '). If you do not agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions, please do not contest, review access or apply in the Referral Program.

By participating in OSIPL’s Referral Program, Oxigen Wallet Users agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Oxigen Wallet Users agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless OSIPL, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Referral Program.

Referral Program from OSIPL is open to residents of India having a valid Oxigen Wallet Account in good standing.

The Referral Program is only applicable on send money transfer transactions done using mobile number or contact book through Oxigen Wallet mobile application & website. Send Money transfer transactions done through other channels namely Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Email, and ask money transfer transactions done through any channels are not applicable for any incentives under Referral Program.

For an Oxigen Wallet user to take part in Referral Program, user needs to send money to a non Oxigen Wallet user via phone contact or mobile number. Such transaction is considered a referral

A referral request gets expired in 7 days if the recipient doesn’t register with Oxigen Wallet.

Oxigen Wallet users can cancel the referral request only before the recipient registers with Oxigen Wallet mobile application.

A referral is considered 'Download' only when following conditions are met:

8.1	The referral didn 't expire or was cancelled
8.2	The referral was the first referral received by the recipient
8.3	The recipient of the referral registered through Oxigen Wallet mobile app.

An Oxigen Wallet sender becomes eligible for a cashback of Rs. 10 on every download that occurs due to their referral, upto a maximum limit of Rs.100.

As part of daily prize each day the Oxigen Wallet user with highest number of downloads become eligible for a cashback of Rs.200 in Oxigen Wallet.

As part of weekly prize each week the top 10 Oxigen Wallet users with highest number of downloads become eligible for a third party merchant gift voucher worth Rs.1000.

An Oxigen Wallet can win a daily or weekly prize only once.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Referral Program and its FAQs an Oxigen wallet user may win following prizes:-

i. Bumper Prizes:

The top 6 Oxigen Wallet users with the highest number of download during the complete duration of Referral Program becomes eligible for following bumper prizes:-

1st prize 'Royal Enfield Thunderbird'

2nd & 3rd prize 'iPhone 6'

4th, 5th & 6th prize 'Watches worth Rs. 10,000'

ii. Milestone prizes & random prizes:

The person making the milestone transaction will win the following prizes:

1. 5,000th transaction: Google Chromecast

2. 10,000th transaction: Rs. 5,000 voucher for Myntra

3. 50,000th transaction: Kindle

4. 100,000th transaction: Jawbone Jambox Mini

5. 150,000th transaction: iPad Mini

6. 200,000th transaction: Weekend trip to Bangkok (hotel & airfare)

7. CCD vouchers given out at random trigger points

An Oxigen Wallet user becomes eligible for bumper prize only when he or she has minimum 10 number of downloads.

In addition, an Oxigen Wallet user becomes eligible for a milestone prize, when the transaction they make is the milestone transaction. The transactions will be tracked from the launch of the 200,000 transactions campaign offer.

'Milestone Transaction ' a transaction may be treated as milestone transaction when the money is sent by an Oxigen wallet user to existing or non-existing Oxigen wallet user.

Employees of OSIPL and its sister company Mpowersoft Private Limited are not eligible for the bumper prizes

In case of a tie breaker OSIPL reserves the right to decide the prize winner.

The decision of OSIPL will be final & binding on all the Oxigen Wallet Users participating in the Referral Program and that the same is non-contestable.

OSIPL accepts no liability for 3rd party gift vouchers or products awarded to the winners of Weekly & Bumper prizes.

Any disputes regarding service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the 3rd party gift vouchers or products under the Referral Program must be addressed in writing by the Oxigen Wallet User directly to the third party and OSIPL will not entertain any communication in this regard.

OSIPL shall not be liable for any hacking or unauthorized use of the Oxigen Wallet Users Account and it shall be the sole responsibility of the Oxigen Wallet User to ensure privacy and confidentiality of his Wallet Account.

OSIPL shall not be obliged to make any public announcements about the winners of the Referral Program.

All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Referral Program shall be borne solely by the Oxigen Wallet User and OSIPL will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues

OSPIL will only pay ex-showroom price of the bumper prize Royal Enfield Thunderbird.All other costs related to taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the bumper prize shall be borne solely by the winner of the bumper prize and OSIPL will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.

The Referral Program will run for 7 weeks starting from Feb 25th, 2015 till April 15th, 2015. The 200,000 transactions campaign will run from April 2nd, 2015 ' April 15, 2015.

OSIPL reserves the right to extend or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Oxigen Wallet reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add/ alter/ modify/ change or vary all of these Terms & Conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, this Offer by other offer(s), whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.

Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 including any statutory amendments carried thereof. Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by OSIPL for this purpose and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Oxigen Wallet User and OSIPL. The Place of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language of arbitration shall be English. Existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against OSIPL.

Referral Program cannot be clubbed with any other offers that may be available to Oxigen Wallet Users under any other prevailing scheme or offer.

OSIPL reserves the right to disqualify any Oxigen Wallet User from the benefits of the Referral Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Referral Program or otherwise by use of the Oxigen Wallet Account.

OSIPL reserves the right to extend or terminate or add/alter/modify/change special incentive scheme to top performers in the Referral program without prior notice to all users . Rewards under special incentive scheme will be given at discretion of OSIPL at the end of Referral Program (after April 15th 2015 ).

OSIPL reserves the right to decide/select top performers at its own discretion without giving any notice/intimation in this regard.

Any person taking the advantage of this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
