1. What are Oxigen Points & how can I earn Oxigen Points?
Oxigen Points are the rewards points you earn whenever you do a recharge, pay bills, pay for value added services through Oxigen Wallet or load money in your wallet using IMPS.
You can also earn Oxigen Points through our ‘Shop & Earn’ rewards program by simply going to the eCommerce site by clicking on links given on our website and earn points.
2. Where do I see how many Oxigen Points I have?
If you would like to check your Oxigen Points balance, simply log in to your Oxigen Wallet, My Wallet page. In addition, we will email you monthly statement stating your accrued Oxigen Points.
3. How can I use my Oxigen Points?
Your Oxigen Points can be converted into money in your Oxigen Wallet and can be used for any transactions. Every 100 point is equivalent to Rs 1 which can be accrued to your Points balance. Once you have accumulated a sizeable number of points you can redeem them by converting them to cash into your Wallet.
4. Does Oxigen Points sitting in my Wallet expire?
Absolutely not! Your Oxigen Points do not expire. So keep transacting and accumulating Oxigen Points.
5. How many Oxigen Points do I earn for transactions done through Oxigen Wallet ?
Every time you use your Wallet to do a recharge, pay bills or pay for Value added services, you earn Oxigen Points
